Copyright Agreement

A license to use the warm-ups contained in Star Power Warm-ups: Algebra 1 is hereby granted solely to the purchaser/user or the person for whom this program was purchased.  This book serves as your license.  This license allows the teacher/user to display the warm-ups to students via an overhead projector or document camera.  Licensed teacher/users are permitted to use the warm-ups with their students.  Licensed teacher/users are not allowed to share warm-ups with teachers who are not individually licensed or in possession of their own licensed copy of the warm-ups on paper or transparencies.  Unlicensed teachers or others are strictly prohibited from using these warm-ups on paper or transparencies. Making Xeroxed or digital copies of these warm-ups is allowed under this site license agreement.  The following are acceptable uses of Star Power Warm-ups: Algebra 1.

• If you purchased this program or it was purchased for you, you may use it on all your classroom projection equipment including overhead projector or document camera and lcd projector combination.
• The user may display warm-ups to any number of students using a overhead projector or document camera and lcd projector combination.  However, if the user wishes to share this program with other teachers, each teacher using the program must purchase the right to use it.  Visit www.MathSlideShow.com or e-mail JimWenk@Cox.net for details or purchasing questions.
• Making Xeroxed or digital copies of these warm-ups is allowed under this site license agreement.
• There should be no viable reason to edit, change, delete, or modify any part of any warm-up in Star Power Warm-ups: Algebra 1.  However, permission may be sought by contacting the author via e-mail at JimWenk@Cox.net .
