Each teacher/user must possess a printed copy of the lessons in a binder as well as a Mac and PC compatible CD of the PowerPoint lessons. This book serves as the user license. This license allows the software to be loaded and used on any of the teacher/user's computers located at the school site including servers on a closed network and the teacher's home computer for classroom preparation purposes. Licensed teacher/users are permitted to share lessons or modified lessons with one another via CD, disk, or e-mail attachment. Licensed teacher/users are not allowed to share lessons or modified lessons with teachers who are not individually licensed or in possession of a book with CD. Unlicensed teachers or others are strictly prohibited from using this software.

All books come with a CD that is PC and Mac compatible. MathType v5 by Design Science, Inc. will be needed to edit the lessons but not to view them or use as is. This book with CD is sold under a site license for 1 to 3 teachers at a cost of $995 plus applicable sales tax and shipping of 10%.
